Zucchini Fries

Method:

  1. Cut the zucchini in long slices
  2. In a bowl take breadcrumbs, coconut flour, Badshah seasoning, chilli flakes, piri piri masala, salt to taste. Mix it all.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk egg white. Dip the zucchini strips in egg white then coat with seasoning mixture.
  4. Fry for 10 minutes
  5. Serve hot
