Vada Pav Churros

Method:

  1. In a pan, add 2 tbsp oil. Once heated add tsp jeera, tsp rai, tsp hing, green chili, kashmiri red chili powder, amchoor powder, ginger garlic powder, haldi , coriander and saute for 2-3 min.
  2. Mash your boiled potato then mix in the prepared masala, bread crumbs, rice flour, and salt.
  3. Fill the mixture in a piping bag
  4. In a separate pan, heat up oil for frying.
  5. Pipe the mixture directly into the oil
  6. Fry until golden bro
  7. Serve with chutney and enjoy!
