Aloo Stuffing Preparation:

  1. To begin with, take a large bowl and add 3 potatoes, ½ tsp ginger paste, ¼ tsp turmeric, and ½ tsp chilli powder.
  2. Now add ¼ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp salt and 2 tbsp coriander.
  3. Mix well and Aloo stuffing is ready. Keep it aside.

 Besan batter for bread pakora:

  1. To begin with, Take a large bowl and add 2 cups besan, and 3 tbsp rice flour.
  2. Now add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp baking soda and ½ tsp salt.
  3. Additional, add 1¼ cup water and prepare a thick lump-free batter. Once done, keep it aside.

Aloo paneer bread pakora preparation:

  1. To begin with, take 2 slices of bread and spread 1 tsp of green chutney
  2. Now spread 2 tbsp of prepared aloo stuffing evenly on it.
  3. Now place 1 thick slice of paneer on it
  4. Cover it with another slice of bread above it and cut it in half.
  5. Now, dip the stuffed bread in besan batter coating uniformly.
  6. Deep fry in oil, keeping the flame on medium.
  7. Fry both sides until the pakora turn golden brown and crisp.
  8. Once done, enjoy your aloo paneer bread pakora with tomato sauce.
