Papad Paneer Sticks

Method:

  1. Cut paneer it into rectangular long pieces
  2. Coat the pieces in oil, salt, 3/4 tsp red chilli powder, turmeric powder and Badshah’s oregano.
  3. In a bowl, add all purpose flour, water and mix well to make a slurry add salt to taste and black pepper.
  4. In another flat bowl mix together bread crumbs, crushed Badshah roasted papad,  1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp each of red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix well.
  5. Coat paneer fingers in slurry and then in the papad mixture. Cover well on all sides.
  6. Preheat oven to 400 F/ 205 C. Spread the paneer fingers on a baking tray, lightly spray with some oil and bake for 15 mins.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
