Pav Bhaji Bruschetta

Pav bhaji bruschetta Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf of French bread, sliced into 1-inch thick slices
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • ½ teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Badshah bhaji pav masala
  • Vegetables of your choice,  chopped. 
  • Badshah jeera – Whole cumin – 1 tsp. 
  • 2 big onion – chopped
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • ½ lemon – juice

Method

  1. In a pan, heat some oil and add whole cumin. 
  2. Once the cumin starts to splutter, add chopped green chilies and chopped onion. 
  3. Add 1 tbsp chili garlic paste and mix well. Once the onion is translucent, add chopped capsicum, chopped tomato, boiled peas, boiled potato, and any other vegetable of your choice and combine well. 
  4. Cook this for a few minutes and then add grated beetroot. Cook it for another minute. 
  5. Now add Badshah’s bhaji pav masala, and salt and add a little water to adjust the consistency. 
  6. Add garam masala, sprinkle some chopped coriander, and add a few drops of lime juice. 
  7. Now, spread the bhaji on a bread slice and enjoy!

  • You can use any type of bread for this recipe, but French bread is the most traditional choice.
  • You can also add other toppings to your pav bhaji bruschetta, such as chopped onions, tomatoes, or cilantro.
