Schezwan Noodle Frankie

Ingredients

  • Roti 
  • Butter
  • Garlic 
  • Capsicum
  • Carrot 
  • Cabbage 
  • Schezwan sauce
  • Noodles
  • Chilli sauce 
  • Cheese
  • Badshah chaat masala

Direction

  1. Take a pan, heat the butter, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  2. Now add the capsicum, carrot and cabbage and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the schezwan sauce, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the noodles and salt, toss well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally, Keep aside.

How to proceed to make schezwan noodle frankie

  1. Place a roti on a clean, and dry surface.
  2. Put ½ tbsp of chilli sauce and spread it evenly.
  3. Spread 2 tbsp of cabbage over it and 1½ tbsp of onions.
  4. Spread ½ cup of the prepared schezwan noodle stuffing and sprinkle 2 tbsp of cheese over it.
  5. Sprinkle 1 tsp of Badshah chaat masala over it and roll it up tightly.
  6. Repeat steps 1 to 5 to make 3 more frankies.
  7. Serve the schezwan noodle frankie immediately.
