Ingredients For Maggi Spring Roll Recipe
- Water – As per requirement
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Salt
- Maggi Noodles
- Chopped Onion – 1
- Chopped Capsicum – 1
- Chopped tomato – 1
- Badshah Red chilli – 1 tsp
- Badshah Coriander – 1 tsp
- Badshah Haldi – 1 tsp
- Badshah Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
- Maggi tastemaker
- Soya sauce – 1 tsp
- Spring roll sheet
- Maida slurry
Instructions To Make Veg Spring Roll Homemade
- In a pan add water (as per requirement to boil the noodles), a little salt, 1 tsp oil, and maggi noodles and boil it.
- Strain the noodles and cool them down.
- In another pan, take 2 tsp oil, add chopped onion and capsicum and cook it for 5-6 mins.
- Add chopped tomato in the mixture and salt, and cook till the tomato softens.
- Then add Badshah Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Haldi powder, Chilli flakes, and Maggi tastemaker along with a sprinkle of water and cook the spices for around 4-5 mins.
- Add soy sauce and boiled maggi noodles to the mixture and mix well.
- Take a spring roll sheet and place the mixture in the middle.
- Put maida slurry and fold the sheet in the shape of a roll.
- Brush some oil on the spring roll and put the spring rolls in the air fryer at 180 degree celsius for 10 mins.
- Flip teh spring rolls, brush some oil on the other side and bake for 2 more mins at 180 degree celsius.
- Serve and enjoy these tasty maggi spring rolls.
