  1. Take a pan, add butter, oil, whole spices like black peppercorns, bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon and cumin. Stir it all well
  2. Now add some diced onions, ginger and garlic, and let them cook. Later add Haldi powder, red chilli powder and paneer butter masala.
  3. Mix well, add a little water if you feel the spices could burn.
  4. Now add some chopped cashews and tomatoes. Let the tomatoes cook properly till they become mushy, and let them cool down.
  5. Once done transfer it to a blender, add cream or butter and then blend it to form a thick paste.
  6. Now take pizza dough, roll it and form a V-shape. Apply the makhani sauce, add some paneer, cheese and seasoning of choice. Close it properly with the help of a fork. Make cuts on the top.
  7. Apply some butter on top and bake it at 180C till golden brown. and it’s ready. Enjoy your Paneer Butter Masala Calzone.
