Aloo paneer bread pakora
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Ginger paste,
- Turmeric
- Chilli powder
- Garam masala
- Chaat masala,
- Salt
- Coriander
- Besan
- Rice flour
- Baking soda
- Bread
- Green chutney
- Paneer
- Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Aloo Stuffing Preparation:
- To begin with, take a large bowl and add 3 potatoes, ½ tsp ginger paste, ¼ tsp turmeric, and ½ tsp chilli powder.
- Now add ¼ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp salt and 2 tbsp coriander.
- Mix well and Aloo stuffing is ready. Keep it aside.
Besan batter for bread pakora:
- To begin with, Take a large bowl and add 2 cups besan, and 3 tbsp rice flour.
- Now add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp baking soda and ½ tsp salt.
- Additional, add 1¼ cup water and prepare a thick lump-free batter. Once done, keep it aside.
Aloo paneer bread pakora preparation:
- To begin with, take 2 slices of bread and spread 1 tsp of green chutney
- Now spread 2 tbsp of prepared aloo stuffing evenly on it.
- Now place 1 thick slice of paneer on it
- Cover it with another slice of bread above it and cut it in half.
- Now, dip the stuffed bread in besan batter coating uniformly.
- Deep fry in oil, keeping the flame on medium.
- Fry both sides until the pakora turn golden brown and crisp.
- Once done, enjoy your aloo paneer bread pakora with tomato sauce.
