Papad Paneer Sticks
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Badshah Oregano
- 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 Badshah Papad
- Salt
Method:
- Cut paneer it into rectangular long pieces
- Coat the pieces in oil, salt, 3/4 tsp red chilli powder, turmeric powder and Badshah’s oregano.
- In a bowl, add all purpose flour, water and mix well to make a slurry add salt to taste and black pepper.
- In another flat bowl mix together bread crumbs, crushed Badshah roasted papad, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp each of red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix well.
- Coat paneer fingers in slurry and then in the papad mixture. Cover well on all sides.
- Preheat oven to 400 F/ 205 C. Spread the paneer fingers on a baking tray, lightly spray with some oil and bake for 15 mins.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
