Mexican Rice

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Method:

  1. Heat oil and butter in a pan
  2. Add green chilies and garlic and sauté
  3. Add your chopped onions and tomatoes and cook until they break down
  4. Mix in red chili powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, chilli flakes and oregano and roast for two minutes
  5. Add your chopped vegetables and sauté till cooked through
  6. Mix in the rice
  7. Serve hot!
