Diwali Special Ghughra Recipe with Badshah’s Kesari Milk Masala

– 2 cups maida
– 2 tablespoons ghee

– 1 cup grated coconut
– 1 cup jaggery (gur), grated
– 1 tsp Badshah’s Kesari Milk Masala
– 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
– A handful of chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
For Deep Frying:
– Oil or ghee
Instructions:
Step 1: Preparing the Dough
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, ghee, and a pinch of salt.
2. Add water and knead the mixture into a smooth, firm dough.
