Lahasun Ki Chutney

Lahasun Ki Chutney

Preparation time: 5 minutes  
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 50 g Garlic  
  • 2 Onions 
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 1/4 tsp Hing
  • 1 1/2 tsp Badshah Kashmiri Mirch Powder
  • 1 cup of curd
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a blender, blend garlic, onions, salt & chilli powder with some water to help the process.
  2. In a heated pan, add mustard oil, jeera, hing then add the previously made puree.
  3. Cook for a few minutes then turn down the heat and add curd into the mixture.
  4. Cook until oil separates.
  5. Add salt to taste
  6. Enjoy with your choice of fried snacks!
