Pasta Aglio Olio
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 300 g spaghetti
- Basil leaves 10-12 finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp chilly flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente. Reserve some of the pasta water before you drain it.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add the garlic, chilli flakes, fresh basil leaves, oregano and salt to taste.
- Add the reserved pasta water, cooked spaghetti until it is well coated. Serve in a bowl and Enjoy.
