Pasta Aglio Olio

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
 

Ingredients:

  • 300 g spaghetti
  • Basil leaves 10-12 finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp chilly flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente. Reserve some of the pasta water before you drain it.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add the garlic, chilli flakes, fresh basil leaves, oregano and salt to taste.
  3. Add the reserved pasta water, cooked spaghetti until it is well coated. Serve in a bowl and Enjoy.
