Imli Pyaz Ki Chutney

Cooking time: 10 minutes
 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 2 tbsp Coriander
  • 3/4 cup cooked Potatoes
  • 2 Green Chili
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Badshah Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Rock Salt   
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup imli water
  • salt as per taste
  • water as needed

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes till they are fork tender and then peel them.
  2. Soak imli in water for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix together all the onions, coriander, potatoes, green chilies, coriander powder, jeera powder, Badshah chaat masala, rock salt, powdered sugar and imli water.
  4. Mash them together till they become semi-homogenous
  5. Add water if necessary to thin out the chutney to desired thickness.
  6. Serve with a snack of your choice and enjoy!
