Imli Pyaz Ki Chutney
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Onion
- 2 tbsp Coriander
- 3/4 cup cooked Potatoes
- 2 Green Chili
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder
- 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Badshah Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Rock Salt
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup imli water
- salt as per taste
- water as needed
Method:
- Boil the potatoes till they are fork tender and then peel them.
- Soak imli in water for 10 minutes.
- Mix together all the onions, coriander, potatoes, green chilies, coriander powder, jeera powder, Badshah chaat masala, rock salt, powdered sugar and imli water.
- Mash them together till they become semi-homogenous
- Add water if necessary to thin out the chutney to desired thickness.
- Serve with a snack of your choice and enjoy!
