  • 300 gm minced mutton
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg, whisked
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Badshah Nawabi Meat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Burger buns, as needed

Your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, onion rings, cheese, sauce, etc.

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine the minced mutton, onion, green chilies, egg, red chili powder, Badshah Nawabi Meat masala, and salt. Mix well to combine.

  1. Shape the mixture into patties.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
  4. To assemble the burgers, spread some sauce on the bottom half of the bun.
