Street Style Pav Bhaji with Masala Pav
Ingredients

2 tbsp oil

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp ginger crushed

1 tbsp garlic crushed

1 tbsp green chilly crushed

2 onions chopped or crushed

3-4 Tomatoes crushed or chopped

3 potatoes boiled and mashed

1/4 cabbage
-
1 carrot
-
1 green capsicum
-
1/2 cup peas
-
1/2 cup soaked ragda / white peas

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp Haldi powder
-
2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder

1 tsp red chilly powder
-
1/2 lemon juice
-
1 tbsp Badshah Pav Bhaji Masala

Coriander leaves chopped

Water as required
Recipe
- In a pressure cooker boil cabbage, carrot, capsicum, peas and white pea for 5-7 whistles.
- In a pan heat oil and butter and saute ginger, garlic and green chilly. Now add onions and cook it for 7-8 minutes.
- Once the onions start turning golden add in the tomatoes with all the spices and cook it till it releases oil.
- Meanwhile, blend the boiled vegetables and keep them aside. (You can add any other vegetable to the pressure cooker such as spinach, Beetroot etc)
- Once the tomatoes release the oil, add the potatoes and mix them well. Now add the blended vegetables and adjust the consistency with water.
- Finish it with Badshah Pav bhaji Masala, Garam Masala, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Simmer it in slow flame for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with your favourite condiments.
