Vada Pav Churros
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 boiled Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Jeera
- 1/2 tsp Rai
- 1/4 tsp Hing
- 2 tsp Green Chili
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Amchoor Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Haldi
- 2 tbsp Coriander
- 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
- 2 tbsp Rice Flour
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a pan, add 2 tbsp oil. Once heated add tsp jeera, tsp rai, tsp hing, green chili, kashmiri red chili powder, amchoor powder, ginger garlic powder, haldi , coriander and saute for 2-3 min.
- Mash your boiled potato then mix in the prepared masala, bread crumbs, rice flour, and salt.
- Fill the mixture in a piping bag
- In a separate pan, heat up oil for frying.
- Pipe the mixture directly into the oil
- Fry until golden bro
- Serve with chutney and enjoy!
