Paneer Butter Masala Calzone
Ingredients
- Butter
- Oil
- Black pepper
- bay leaf

- Makhni sauce

Recipe
- Take a pan, add butter, oil, whole spices like black peppercorns, bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon and cumin. Stir it all well
- Now add some diced onions, ginger and garlic, and let them cook. Later add Haldi powder, red chilli powder and paneer butter masala.
- Mix well, add a little water if you feel the spices could burn.
- Now add some chopped cashews and tomatoes. Let the tomatoes cook properly till they become mushy, and let them cool down.
- Once done transfer it to a blender, add cream or butter and then blend it to form a thick paste.
- Now take pizza dough, roll it and form a V-shape. Apply the makhani sauce, add some paneer, cheese and seasoning of choice. Close it properly with the help of a fork. Make cuts on the top.
- Apply some butter on top and bake it at 180C till golden brown. and it’s ready. Enjoy your Paneer Butter Masala Calzone.
