Cherry Tomato Pasta

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Chilli flakes 
  • 2 tsp Badshah Oregano Powder
  • 1 tsp Pizza Pasta seasonings
  • 8 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 200 g Wheat Spaghetti 
  • 1 Cheese Cube
  • 1/3 cup Parseman Cheese

Method:

  1. In a pot heat water till rapidly boiling, then add 2 tsp salt and your spaghetti.
  2. In a pan heat up olive oil and add your finely minced garlic and chili flakes.
  3. Saute for a minute and add the finely diced onion.
  4. Once the onions have reduced and are lightly browned add your diced cherry tomatoes.
  5. Lightly mix for a minute and add your chopped cheese cube
  6. Once the pasta is done, drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water
  7. Add your cooked pasta to the pan and mix it together.
  8. Slowly add pasta water till the mixture forms a glossy sauce
  9. Add the oregano, pasta seasoning, parmesan cheese, and salt to taste.
  10. Eat while hot!
