Mexican Rice
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 2 Capsicum chopped
- 2 Carrots chopped
- 1 Tomatoes
- 1/3 cup Frozen Corn
- 1/3 cup Boiled Kidney Beans
- 1 tsp Red Chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Badshah Chaat Masala
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1tsp Badshah Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Badshah Oregano
Method:
- Heat oil and butter in a pan
- Add green chilies and garlic and sauté
- Add your chopped onions and tomatoes and cook until they break down
- Mix in red chili powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, chilli flakes and oregano and roast for two minutes
- Add your chopped vegetables and sauté till cooked through
- Mix in the rice
- Serve hot!
