Ingredients for bottle gourd recipe :
- 1 medium-sized bottle gourd, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 Tbsp Badshah Sabji Masala
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves, chopped, for garnish
Method to prepare bottle gourd curry:
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let them crackle.
- Add the diced bottle gourd and cook for 5 minutes, or until softened.
- Add Badshah’s Sabji Masala and mix well.
- Add salt to taste and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the bottle gourd is cooked through.
