Lahasun Ki Chutney
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 50 g Garlic
- 2 Onions
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 1/4 tsp Hing
- 1 1/2 tsp Badshah Kashmiri Mirch Powder
- 1 cup of curd
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 2 tbsp water
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a blender, blend garlic, onions, salt & chilli powder with some water to help the process.
- In a heated pan, add mustard oil, jeera, hing then add the previously made puree.
- Cook for a few minutes then turn down the heat and add curd into the mixture.
- Cook until oil separates.
- Add salt to taste
- Enjoy with your choice of fried snacks!
