Cheesy Paneer Veggies Toast
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 Bread slices
- 50 g Onion chopped
- 20 g Capsicum chopped
- 20 g Carrot chopped
- 20 g Boiled Corn
- 50 g Paneer cubes
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 50 g Cheese
- 2 tsps Badshah’s Chaat Masala
- 2 tsps Badshah’s Piri Piri Seasoning
Method:
- In a bowl mix together, onions, capsicum, carrots, corn, paneer, ketchup, mayonnaise.
- Spread mixture on untoasted bread
- Top the mixture with cheese, chaat masala and piri piri seasoning.
- Bake for ten minutes at 280 degrees
- Slice and serve while hot
