- In a hot pan add some oil and chopped onions
- When the onions start to brown add the green chilli and crushed garlic

- Cook the mixture for a minute before slowly incorporating the milk to prevent lumps
- Continue to cook the mixture until it starts to thicken

- Blend the sauce in a food processor till it is smooth

- 3 Potatoes
- Salt to taste
- Neutral Oil
- 1 tbsp Badshah Chilli Flakes
- 2 tsp Badshah Oregano
How to make Masala Fries ?
- Cut your potatoes evenly into ½ inch wedges
- Place the potatoes into salted boiling water
- Boil until the wedges are fork tender
- Fry for 10 minutes in an air fryer or deep fryer at 200 degrees C till the potatoes are golden brown and crisp
- Add your seasonings and salt
- Serve with your choice of dip
3. Deviled eggs

What do you need to make Mixed Veggie Pakora?
- ½ cup Besan
- ¼ cup Rice Flour
- 1 Potato
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green Chilli
- 3 tsp Coriander chopped
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Haldi
- Water
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Badshah Chaat Masala
- Oil
How to make Mixed veggie pakora ?
- Slice potatoes and onions lengthwise to similar size and place in a bowl of water
- In a separate bowl add besan, rice flour, chopped green chilli, coriander, red chilli powder, haldi
- Add water till a thick but pourable consistency is achieved
- Drain your vegetables, add them to your batter and mix thoroughly
- In a deep pan heat three inches of oil
- Once the oil is heated use a spoon to gently place the mixture into the oil
- Fry the pakoras on both sides till they are golden brown and cooked through
- Top the cooked pakoras with chaat masala
- Serve hot and enjoy
