Tandoori Chicken Pizza
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken
- Haldi powder
- Chilly powder,
- Chaat masala
- Curd
- Ginger Garlic paste
- Red food colour
- Badshah Chicken Tandoori Masala
- Lemon Juice
- Oil
- Butter
- Pizza Base
- Cheese spread
- Pizza Sauce
- Onions
- Capsicum
- Cheese
- Olives.
- Chilli flakes
- Oregano
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl add boneless chicken to it add salt, haldi powder, chilly powder, chaat masala, curd, ginger garlic paste, red food colour,
- Now add Chicken tandoori masala and lemon juice into it. Mix well and marinate for about 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes. Heat the pan add oil and butter then add marinated chicken pieces and cook well.
- Close the flame, keep bolw in kadhai add burning coal into it, then add oil and cover for 10 minutes.
- Take pizza base, top it with cheese spread, pizza sauce, prepared tandoori chicken pieces, onions, capsicum, cheese and olives.
- Sprinkle Badshah Chilli flakes and Oregano
- Bake at 230 degrees for 13-15 minutes, and it’s done.
