Ingredients for sprouted moong salad Recipe
- 2 cups of Moong Dal Sprouts
- Veggies you love (cucumber, tomato, onion, carrot, etc.)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
For Salad Dressing:
- 1 teaspoon roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Badshah Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Badshah Chaat Masala
- 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice

- Rinse the Moong Dal and keep them in a strainer for 4-5 hours.
- Once they are sprouted, add them to a mixing bowl.
- Chop your favourite veggies and add them to the mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil to the bowl and mix everything together.
- In another small mixing bowl, add roasted cumin powder, salt, Badshah red chilli powder, Badshah Chaat Masala, and lemon juice.
