Refreshing Drinks For Holi

FOR ROSE THANDAI
Ingredients:
1) 1 cup of milk
2) 1 1/2 tbsp thandai mix
3) 2 tbsp rose syrup
4) 1 tbsp honey and mix well
Method:
1) Pour in chilled milk
2) Garnish with rose petals, elaichi powder and pista.
FOR JALJIRA
Ingredients
1) 2 cups of cold water
2) 2 tbsp jaljira mix
3) 1 tbsp sugar
4) 1 lemon juice
Method:
1) Mix well together
2) Pour it in a glass
3) Add boondi, lemon slice and coriander
FOR MASALA CHAAS
Ingredients:
1) Take 2 cups of curd
2) 1/2 cup milk
3) 1/2 cup water
Method:
1) Mix well together
2) Add 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
3) 1/4 tbsp jeera powder
4) 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
5) 1/2 tbsp kala namak
6) Salt as per taste
7) 2-3 tbsp coriander
8) Pour in chilled water
9) Sprinkle jeera powder & red chilli powder
