Capsicum Tikki
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 Capsicums
- 300 g Potatoes
- 2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Method:
- Boil, peel and mash your potatoes
- Mix your chaat masala, chilli flakes and salt
- Cut the tops off your capsicum and remove the seeds
- Fill the capsicum with your potato filling
- Place the filled capcicum sideways and cut into discs
- Heat a pan with oil and cook the slices till both sides are browned
- Serve hot with yogurt
