Beetroot Falafel

Ingredients:
- Chickpeas – 1 cup
- Beetroot – 1 medium
- Onion – 1 medium
- Green Chilli – 2 nos.
- Garlic – 4-5 cloves
- Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder – 1/4 tbsp
- Garam masala – 1/2 tbsp
- Chaat Masala – 1/2 tbsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Oil for greasing purposes.
Method:
- Take overnight soaked chickpeas, Grated Beetroot, chopped Onion, Green Chilli, Garlic, and Coriander leaves.
- Make a coarse paste.
- Add Sesame seeds, Black pepper powder, Garam Masala, Chaat Masala, and Salt. Mix everything well.
- Grease hands with oil, Take some mixture & give it a shape.
- Add them to the Air fryer basket.
- Brush oil above the falafel.
- Air fry it at 180 c for 20 minutes.
- Serve them hot with your choice of chutney.
