Cheese Bullets in Cream n Onion Sauce

Ingredients
For Cheese Bullets:
- 1/2 cup Paneer
- 1/2 cup Cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic & green chilly paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 potato boiled
- Oil for frying
For Cream & Onion Gravy:
- 2 onions
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 green chilly
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- 7-8 cashews
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Badshah Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Kasturi Methi
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
- 1/2 cup Malai / Cream
- Milk as required
- 1 tsp Badshah Paneer Butter Masala
Instructions:
Cheese Bullet Preparation:
- Mix together paneer, cheese, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, bread crumbs, salt and boiled potato till it becomes a homogenous dough.
- Split dough into even oval shapes.
- Heat up oil in a pan.
- Deep fry cheese bullets till they become golden brown.
Cream and Onion Gravy Preparation:
- Blend together, onions, ginger, garlic, green chilly and cashews till they become a fine puree.
- In a pan heat the butter and add the puree.
- Sautee for two minutes then add garam masala and kasuri methi.
- Once the oil has begun to separate, add malai and cheese, slowly adding milk and stirring till they combine to form a creamy gravy.
- Add the Paneer Butter Masala and stir through before turning off the heat.
- Add salt to taste.
- Place your cheese bullets in the gravy.
- Serve and enjoy!
