Ingredients

  • ¾ cup warm Water
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Yeast
  • 2 cups Gluten-Free Flour Blend
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Cider Vinegar

Method

  1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and let it bloom for about 10 minutes.

  3. Using oiled hands, spread the dough into a circle about 10-12 inches in diameter.
