Pesto Pizza

Ingredients:
For Pesto
- 1 cup fresh Basil Leaves
- 3 tbsp Walnuts
- 1 Cheese Cube
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 6 Black Peppercorns
For Pizza
- 1 Pre-made pizza base
- 1/2 cup of Vegetables of your choice
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Badshah Oregano Powder
- 1 tsp Badshah Pizza/Pasta Seasoning powder
- 1 tsp Badshah Chilli flakes
Method:
- Place your pesto ingredients in a blender and blend until semi-smooth
- Put your pizza base in a heated oven for 2 minutes until lightly toasted
- Spread your pesto on the pizza crust.
- Saute the cut vegetables for 2 minutes
- Top the pizza once the vegetables are done.
- Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over the pizza.
- Add your oregano, seasoning and chili flakes
- Bake in the oven till cheese is melted and browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
