  • 250 grams noodles 
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic finely chopped 
  • 2-3 green chillies finely chopped 
  • 1 tbsp oil 
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce 
  • 1 tsp vinegar Salt to taste 
  • 1 tsp sugar 
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder 
  • 1 small bowl of finely chopped cabbage and carrots (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent them from sticking together.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and add finely chopped garlic and green chillies. Saute for a few seconds until the garlic turns slightly golden.
  3. Add finely chopped vegetables (if using) and saute for a minute.
  4. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, and black pepper powder. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  5. Add the boiled noodles and toss well with the sauce until the noodles are well coated.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
